Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all areas of Cairo and Giza. Our network of 7 branches ensures that most locations receive delivery within 24 hours. Enter your address during checkout to check if we deliver to your area.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is free for all orders above 200 SAR. For orders under 200 SAR, a flat delivery fee of 25 SAR applies. No hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery Time Slots
We offer delivery in the following time slots: Morning (9 AM – 12 PM), Afternoon (12 PM – 4 PM), and Evening (4 PM – 9 PM). Choose your preferred slot at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM.
Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Select "Store Pickup" at checkout and choose from any of our 7 branches. Your order will be ready within 2 hours, and we'll notify you when it's ready for collection.
