30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, and meat are eligible for return only if defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer support team at marketing@mazayahyper.com or call +966572218728. Please have your order number ready. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for pickup if needed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable software, personal care items that have been opened, and any items marked as final sale. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a purchase.
